The Benefits of Whitening Essence

Unlike common belief, Whitening Essence is not just about getting one shade fairer skin. Many of us are born with clean and clear skin. But as the time passes, environmental, physical and hormonal changes take a toll on one’s body. Skin is the body part that starts showing the ill-effects of these changes almost immediately. The signs are uneven skin tone, dark spots, patches, pimple and acne marks. Even scars from previous unfortunate accidents can become permanent.

In such cases, Whitening Essence come in to picture and helps to tackle with these skin issues. They contain certain chemicals and ingredients that work effectively on skin and make it visibly fairer.

Some of the active ingredients that you can look for in a Whitening Essence are Licorice Extract, Vitamin C, and other such ingredients. The common factors in all these elements are that they act as antioxidants. For instance, Licorice Extract helps to treat pigmentation and dark spot on skin as it has many inherent qualities that work wonders on skin. And it is not a hidden fact that antioxidants make your skin healthy and beautiful.

A good Whitening Essence cream has the ability to lighten the skin tone a shade or two, give you an even looking skin tone, and reduce spots and scars such as acne mark. The antioxidants present in a Whitening Essence cream also help to protect the skin from the harmful UV rays that are the prominent cause for dark spots and skin ageing.

Choose a Whitening Essence that is light, gentle and soft on skin and is devoid of oil so that you can use it daily along with your other skin care products.

Invest in Oil Control Treatment

If you have an oily skin then chances are that you are suffering from acne and pimples. Though, it is no hard and fast rule that people with oily skin are the only ones who suffer from acne. But as the root cause of acne is the oil secreting sebaceous glands, it is most likely that oily skin attracts acne.

With or without acne, a skin which always feels greasy and shiny is not very desirable. Oily skin gets dirty very fast when exposed to dust and pollution as compared to other skin types. The simple reason for that dust and pollution easily sticks to the oily skin and stays until washed.

In today’s fast paced world, it is not always possible to wash your face frequently. So what you need is an oil control treatment. Invest in an oil control cream and forget all your worries.

An oil control treatment will stop excess secretion of oil so that your skin is not greasy. It will also help to strike a right balance of your skin’s natural oils without stripping what is essential. Look for an oil control cream which is non-comedogenic, light and oil-free. A good oil control treatment will result in a smooth, soft and non-greasy texture.

Oil control treatment will give you what you always desired, a beautiful, healthy skin!

Is Acne a Contagious Skin Condition?

In the morning, you notice acne on your forehead and you blame your friend that you met last night, just because she had pimples! Well, to the break the bubble, the acne could be the last of you sleeping with your make-up on! Because acne is not contagious!

Acne can’t spread to someone or to yourself. Many believe that if you have pimple some part of your body, the bacteria will spread to other areas.

For any type of infection to spread, there must be some medium that gets transmitted from one individual to another. Acne has nothing that can be transmitted from one person to another.  So it is impossible for someone to get it from another person.

Acne can spread if you fiddle with the infected area and then touch other areas that are prone to acne or uninfected sebaceous glands. Thus, the most important thing is to maintain hygiene. Pricking pimples will be of no help, as this will further aggravate the problem.

Wash the acne prone area as often as you can and treat it with skin care products. Remove every residue of make-up before going to bed. Don’t touch acne without washing hands.

So next time you suffer from acne, don’t blame your friend! Instead alter your skin-care routine and lifestyle to keep acne at bay!
