The Benefits of Whitening Essence

Unlike common belief, Whitening Essence is not just about getting one shade fairer skin. Many of us are born with clean and clear skin. But as the time passes, environmental, physical and hormonal changes take a toll on one’s body. Skin is the body part that starts showing the ill-effects of these changes almost immediately. The signs are uneven skin tone, dark spots, patches, pimple and acne marks. Even scars from previous unfortunate accidents can become permanent.

In such cases, Whitening Essence come in to picture and helps to tackle with these skin issues. They contain certain chemicals and ingredients that work effectively on skin and make it visibly fairer.

Some of the active ingredients that you can look for in a Whitening Essence are Licorice Extract, Vitamin C, and other such ingredients. The common factors in all these elements are that they act as antioxidants. For instance, Licorice Extract helps to treat pigmentation and dark spot on skin as it has many inherent qualities that work wonders on skin. And it is not a hidden fact that antioxidants make your skin healthy and beautiful.

A good Whitening Essence cream has the ability to lighten the skin tone a shade or two, give you an even looking skin tone, and reduce spots and scars such as acne mark. The antioxidants present in a Whitening Essence cream also help to protect the skin from the harmful UV rays that are the prominent cause for dark spots and skin ageing.

Choose a Whitening Essence that is light, gentle and soft on skin and is devoid of oil so that you can use it daily along with your other skin care products.

Invest in Oil Control Treatment

If you have an oily skin then chances are that you are suffering from acne and pimples. Though, it is no hard and fast rule that people with oily skin are the only ones who suffer from acne. But as the root cause of acne is the oil secreting sebaceous glands, it is most likely that oily skin attracts acne.

With or without acne, a skin which always feels greasy and shiny is not very desirable. Oily skin gets dirty very fast when exposed to dust and pollution as compared to other skin types. The simple reason for that dust and pollution easily sticks to the oily skin and stays until washed.

In today’s fast paced world, it is not always possible to wash your face frequently. So what you need is an oil control treatment. Invest in an oil control cream and forget all your worries.

An oil control treatment will stop excess secretion of oil so that your skin is not greasy. It will also help to strike a right balance of your skin’s natural oils without stripping what is essential. Look for an oil control cream which is non-comedogenic, light and oil-free. A good oil control treatment will result in a smooth, soft and non-greasy texture.

Oil control treatment will give you what you always desired, a beautiful, healthy skin!

Is Acne a Contagious Skin Condition?

In the morning, you notice acne on your forehead and you blame your friend that you met last night, just because she had pimples! Well, to the break the bubble, the acne could be the last of you sleeping with your make-up on! Because acne is not contagious!

Acne can’t spread to someone or to yourself. Many believe that if you have pimple some part of your body, the bacteria will spread to other areas.

For any type of infection to spread, there must be some medium that gets transmitted from one individual to another. Acne has nothing that can be transmitted from one person to another.  So it is impossible for someone to get it from another person.

Acne can spread if you fiddle with the infected area and then touch other areas that are prone to acne or uninfected sebaceous glands. Thus, the most important thing is to maintain hygiene. Pricking pimples will be of no help, as this will further aggravate the problem.

Wash the acne prone area as often as you can and treat it with skin care products. Remove every residue of make-up before going to bed. Don’t touch acne without washing hands.

So next time you suffer from acne, don’t blame your friend! Instead alter your skin-care routine and lifestyle to keep acne at bay!

Change of Seasons can Trigger Acne!

There are people who are blessed with clear skin and there are others who suffer from acne and pimples. Did you know that there exists a section of people who have a clear, acne-free skin for the most part of the year, but as soon as it is summer or winter, their skin starts breaking into zits? Well, it’s true and it’s no magic or curse. It is called seasonal acne and is also quite common but lesser known.

As the climate changes, so does the skin texture. During winters the skin is dry and flaky. And in summers the skin is extra oily due to the heat and humidity. Heat and humidity leads to sweat that produce oil and clogs pores. It is not just the climate change that leads to acne. It is the activity which we get involved in during these climates that creates skin problems.

During summers, people love to enjoy a splash in the swimming pool to beat the heat. But little did they realize that chlorine in the pool can cause other allergic skin reactions. In winter, to get rid of dry, flaky skin, we smear generous amount of creams and lotions that can also trigger pimple breakout.

Therefore, if your skin changes with the change in the climate, you are also required to use different skin care products meant for the various seasons. You can consult your dermatologist or do a bit of research on your own to find the best skin care product suited for you to prevent and treat seasonal acne.

Acne Treatment - Quick fixes!

What can spoil the excitement of your most anticipated date, dream job interview, important presentation that is due in few hours? Apart for getting late or not showing up off course! It is a big pimple, right on your nose, forehead or anywhere on your face!

No need to panic! There are some quick acne treatment methods that will fix up your face just in time. Using these quick fixes, you can confidently step out for your important appointment.

First thing first, stop touching the pimple again and again! And don’t even consider squeezing, puncturing it with your hands. It may be very tempting but it is not the hygienic acne treatment method. If your hands aren’t clean then it will just increase the size of the pimple which obviously you would never want it just before an important appointment.

Applying honey on the affected area is a great treatment for acne. It has many anti-bacterial properties that reduce the swelling of the pimple and acne, thus making it visibly look smaller.

Another quick treatment for acne is dabbing toothpaste on the pimples. The one’s, who have tried this treatment, swear by its instant result in reducing the size of the acne.

Drinking lot of water is an effective treatment for acne as it flushes out toxins and will make your skin glow. If you get tired of drinking water then you can eat fruits and vegetable that contains water like cucumber, water-melon, and apples.

All said and done, quick fixes are just temporary solutions. They don’t cure it, they just reduce the symptoms. If you are looking for a long term acne treatment then investing in good skin care products is an ideal thing to do.

Do’s and Don’ts with Acne Pimples

Pimples are a girls’ nightmare! Just imagine the horror, when a big pimple shows up un-invited on your nose, the very same day of your best friend’s wedding or worse, on your own wedding day!
In this situation, the very first instinct is to prick the pimple. But it is best not to follow that instinct as breaking the pimple will make it even more worse. Squeezing the acne results in injuring the sebaceous follicle, harms the surrounding skin tissues, spreads the bacteria to the other skin areas and the pimple leaves a permanent scar.
The ideal way to treat an acne and pimple is to follow a strict skin care routine. Washing your face, as and when required with the help of an appropriate cleanser for your skin type is essential. Markets are filled with special formulated acne cleansers, astringents, exfoliators and creams. Look for benzyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and glycerin on the label as they have the ability to reach and clean the deepest pore of the skin and dry out the acne.
It is hard to determine which product is best for your skin until you try it. Therefore do not shy away from trying new products until you find the right one. Stop immediately if certain cleansers and moisturizers cause irritation and extreme dryness.
If over the counter medicines are not helping then visiting a dermatologist is highly recommended. Recurring pimples and acne could be a result of an underlying health problem which only a doctor can determine. There are various oral medicines along with medicated cleanser, toner and moisturizer that will help you to tackle with pimples and acne.
Pimples are often caused by hormonal changes in the body, wrong eating habits and excessive use of cosmetics. So besides using skin care products and oral medicines, alteration in one’s lifestyle is also needed.

You lose confidence after suffering from this dreadful problem that it stops you from looking in the mirror. Proper acne care and product is thus important in order to get a flawless skin. Proper identification and care of your acne condition is a first step. You might be suffering from normal acne, cystic acne or any other type of blemishes. A variety of products and skin care procedures in the market have made it possible to cure acne and take care of this skin ailment.

A number of acne sufferers opt for both surgical and non-surgical methods for removing acne. Surgical procedures are perhaps the best option for acne cure treatment. On the flip side, they are really expensive and complicated. Non-surgical methods can help you achieve the same results as any surgical method. Many strong creams can have adverse side effects on sensitive skin tones.  One needs to select an acne care product that does not affect the skin in any way and is completely safe to use.

Acne care products that include creams and lotions can help remove the spots, but you have to work hard to keep your skin healthy. Always follow a rich nutritious diet so your skin stays nourished and fresh. When it comes to diet, one must avoid fat and oily foods of any kind as they can dry up your skin making you susceptible to another acne infection. Pimples break out in dry and breaking skins so it's important to drink lots of water and fluids to keep your body hydrated. One should take care and consume at least 8 cups of water is consumed in a day during the skincare routine.

You should always choose the best acne products that serve an added advantage. They work in removing acne spots as well as nourishing your skin so it regains its vitality. Skin care is essential in any case and should be given prime importance.

Choosing the right treatment for pimples leading to acne

Everybody wants beautiful skin, particularly if they’ve found the acne skin treatment that will ultimately make their skin clear. Pimples lead to the problem of acne. There’s no reason why you cannot deal with acne scars when there are numerous treatments in the market. Some treatments may prove beneficial for a particular group of people suffering from pimples but they may not work well on others. It becomes difficult to cure pimples when they develop into cysts that contain pus, especially when you run out of options for getting the right treatment for this trouble.

You may find your friends dealing with pimples and offering great advices that might have worked on them or must have even heard from experts. Be it a popular lemon juice advice or such other options, the truth is that acne scars are like any other type of scar on your skin – they require products designed to treat the skin and fade the scar in order to remove them. Fortunately, such skin care treatments do exist and can be used at home to clear your scars and pimples without having to undergo expensive treatments, uncomfortable laser or other medical procedures.

As long as you’re continuing to face acne break outs, you’ll continue to get new pimples as well as acne scars. There are many so-called “ultimate acne treatments” flooding the market every month. However, getting rid of this skin problem has not got any easier. Acne occurs when the normal bacteria on your skin is trapped inside your pores and interacts with the excessive oil produced by your sebaceous glands. This excess oil production is controlled by hormones, which is one reason acne often appears in the teenage years and in women around their menstrual period.

You’ll want to select acne products that don’t over-dry your skin. Over-drying your skin can actually aggravate your scars further and cause them to look even redder and expand in size. You’ll want to stay away from harsh treatments that dry your skin. On the other hand, even the artificial light and warmth of a heat lamp may worsen the skin condition causing more pimples. One should be careful of the excess ultraviolet rays from any source that can contribute to skin cancer.

Another important advice that one needs to keep in mind is following a correct diet. A balanced diet with sufficient fruits and vegetables will maintain your skin in its best condition. It can prevent pimples from forming, thus preventing further breakouts. Acne and pimple treatment may take time but one needs to have patience for enjoying the ultimate cure.

Beauty product manufacturers these days have come up with a range of products for acne and pimple treatment. One tries everything at the drugstore and yet pimples still keep coming back. Some acne and pimple curing products and treatments are high on promises but low on deliver, while others provide only temporary relief. A few even make flare-ups worse.

Before accepting that pimple and acne is just your fate and allowing yourself to be drowned in frustration, there are effective acne and pimple treatments that have proven to be useful to many acne sufferers, like ‘Proactiv’. Its three step solution has relieved a number of people and celebrities from the dreadful skin problem. Curing acne is not impossible but a daunting task as one needs enough patience during the treatment to wait and check on the gradual results. Therefore, a good and permanent treatment is required to cure this problem permanently.

Acne treatment at its best!

If you’ve been in the nine-to-five grind for a while, getting ready for work has probably become a daily task. But it wouldn’t be easy enough if you discover that your face includes some inclusions known as ‘acne’ apart from your makeup. Acne is no way an attractive trait of anyone, be it an adult or adolescent. It is common right from the teenage years to adulthood and may be due to conditions in women such as ovarian syndromes, pregnancy, or a rare syndrome such as Cushing's. Acne usually begins at puberty and a majority of people age twelve to twenty-four have a need for cures because they face breakouts. Eighty-five percent of people in this age range suffer from this acute problem. This problem occurs as a result of infections in the pores but if the pores are
open and clean, these infections can be lessened or even eliminated.

Not only are the teenage years responsible for these surprising breakouts but also is the diet that matters the most. Healthy foods are one of the best ways to achieve healthy skin. Fried foods, trans fats, and even vegetable oils, Sugars and caffeinated products may aggravate pimples and
blemishes. Before going for any kind of treatment,
prevention is a must.

If a question arises if acne really gets cured, the answer is ‘yes’. If there is a problem, there should be a solution. And so is the case with acne treatment. As burdensome as it may seem, the treatment can be quite a cumbersome task, especially when the question of selecting the right treatment arises. Not that people do not realize the health benefit of curing acne
, but not curing the same at the right time can lead to serious depression or behavioural problems, especially during teenage years. It is good to treat acne in a natural way but a not all natural products have been successful in overcoming skin related problem, especially acne. When it comes to getting rid of a skin problem, one needs to understand that a trial of acne treating products may be necessary and that patience will pay off in the long run.

People are very different and have diverse skin qualities and problems. It is therefore advisable to go for the one that suits your skin well. Majority of population around the world opt from a long list of acne treatments which include antibiotics, chemical peel, synthetic vitamin treatments, laser treatment or liquid products that kill the bacteria temporarily. However, persistent problems of acne need professional help. When it comes to curing serious acne problem, one of them could be proactive which has proved to be a one-way ticket to the treatment for a large number of acne sufferers.

A number of medications, however, do not provide immediate results and are thus often expensive. Acne treatments do fight the problem, but may not always end the individual's susceptibility.
